Drive Nutrition is operated by Drive Retail Limited. For delivery help, email sales@drivenutrition.com and include your order number.

UK delivery

We currently accept orders for eligible United Kingdom addresses. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout; we do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery charges and options

Standard: £4.99, including applicable VAT.
Express: £6.99, including applicable VAT.

The options and final delivery charge for your address are shown before payment. Any free-delivery promotion or discount will be reflected at checkout. Express is a faster service, not a guaranteed next-day service unless expressly stated when you order.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Orders are processed after payment and stock checks. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout or in your confirmation applies to your order. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Weekends, bank holidays and remote destinations can affect delivery. We will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree a different period with you.

Fulfilment and tracking

We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment to store and dispatch orders. Your contract remains with Drive Retail Limited, and we are responsible for resolving delivery issues. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking details are sent to the email address supplied with your order when available.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before payment. Email us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund. Your legal rights concerning late delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected. See our Return and refund policy.
