1. Who we are

These terms apply to consumer purchases from our online store. Please read them with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Placing an order
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. Review product selection, flavour, pack size, price and delivery charges before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, at which point a contract is formed for the goods dispatched. If we cannot accept or supply an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the affected goods.
We may decline orders for genuine reasons such as unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery address, suspected fraud or a clear pricing error. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an error is discovered, we will offer the corrected details for your approval or cancel and refund the affected order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. The total agreed at checkout applies to your order. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. A subsequent price change will not change an accepted order.
4. Product information and use
Product pages describe the goods offered. Packaging design may change, but supplied goods must match their description. Check ingredients, allergens, directions, warnings and suitability before purchase and use. Follow the product label and do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Seek advice from a suitable healthcare professional if unsure about suitability, including during pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use or a medical condition.
5. Delivery
We deliver to eligible UK addresses shown at checkout. We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and delivery providers to dispatch orders, but Drive Retail Limited remains your seller and point of contact. Delivery charges, timing and tracking are described in our Shipping policy. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.
6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our Return and refund policy explains how to cancel and return eligible orders and obtain refunds. Any exception for unsealed health or hygiene goods applies only where the law permits it. Goods must be as described, satisfactory in quality and fit for purpose. Contact us if there is a problem; nothing in these terms limits the remedies available under UK consumer law.
7. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods. Products are supplied for domestic and private use; these consumer terms do not provide compensation for business losses.
If events outside our reasonable control delay performance, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact. This does not remove your rights to cancel or obtain a refund where provided by law.
8. Website use and privacy
Do not misuse this website, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or infringe others' rights. Our branding and website content are protected by intellectual property rights; lawful personal use is permitted. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
9. Complaints and governing law
Please send complaints to sales@drivenutrition.com with your order details so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law, including your local courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland where you reside there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
